#Estimated Runtime
The **Estimated Runtime** field displays the remaining usage time reported by the battery driver.
Example:
`4 hours 43 minutes (17010 seconds; reported by battery driver)`
This value is an estimate, not a guaranteed operating duration.
Actual runtime depends on workload, display brightness, processor usage, wireless activity, connected devices, battery condition, and other factors.
Runtime estimates may also change significantly when the system's power consumption changes.
